Accessibility

We want CollegiateD to work for every student, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we do

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
• Pages use real headings, lists and labels so they make sense to screen readers.
• Every part of the site, including menus and tools, can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and controls are designed for readable contrast, and pages work when zoomed and on small phone screens.
• Our tools label every field and announce their results.

Known limitations

Some external sites and documents we link to may not be fully accessible. Report anything on CollegiateD that does not work for you, and we will fix it or provide the information another way.
